Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack the materials in their original crates or boxes, ensuring that shingles, membranes, or tools are protected from damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship the items back to our central distribution center using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the goods for quality and quantity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
